Science Talk is now accepting proposals for speaking opportunities at the SCIENCE TALK '22 annual conference to be both in person and online from Wednesday, March 23 through Friday, March 25, 2022.
The Objective is looking for science journalism pitches! Funded by the National Association of Science Writers, The Objective is soliciting pitches on how science journalism ignores the communities it should be helping, as well as stories on how science journalists from historically marginalized backgrounds were failed by editors and institutions.
Climate Tracker is offering 1) a climate journalism fellowship in the Philippines, 2) a COP26 climate justice journalism fellowship (online), and 3) a COP26 journalism fellowship (in-person).
Registration opens today for the world’s largest fact-checking summit. Global Fact 8, hosted by Poynter’s International Fact-Checking Network, will take place online Oct. 20-23, 2021.
